The release of MODE Reporter 2.0 demonstrates Ardexus’ commitment to providing the most advanced dynamic reporting tool available on the market today.
The most groundbreaking new feature is the ability to create scheduled reports, which allows for effortless export of data from Ardexus MODE to Microsoft Excel®. Users and administrators can now get the reports they want regularly and on time right in their inbox, automatically on any predetermined schedule. MODE Reporter 2.0 provides enhanced configurability by allowing queries to be filtered at every level of the database structure (from organization down to Critical Interaction), saving the user from having to further filter the data in Microsoft Excel® when preparing a report. In addition, full support for Ardexus CARE is now included.
