Synchronize up to 20 ACT! notes and history items for each contact – choosing which history types to sync;
Map ACT! contact data fields and synchronize them directly to Palm OS address book data fields;
View daily, weekly, and monthly calendars on their mobile device to display ACT! activities by type including calls, meetings and to-do items;
Create and edit contacts in ACT! or on their handheld device – having those records added during the next data synchronization;
Set contact access permissions using ACT! workgroup security features.
